According to structural engineer's suggestion 3 meter spanning is too small for steel structure, hence number of columns can be reduced. Some of the columns can be moved for a certain distance and be hidden in walls.

Setting up a grid system for primary structure, so that the columns will have a regular pattern

3 meters is the maximum spanning distance for timber cladding, therefore, they will be fixed to some wood battens with maximum gap of 3 meters.
